These terms apply when you browse or buy from zuvinn.com. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Zuvinn sells handcrafted women’s bags from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Zuvinn” mean the seller operating this website.

The products

We sell handbags, totes, slings, jute bags, clutches, potlis and similar styles. Pieces are handmade in India, so small differences in stitch, beadwork or colour are normal and not a defect.

Photos and descriptions are a fair guide. Screens show colour differently. Always check size, material and extra photos on the product page before you buy.

Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless a product page says otherwise. A sale or discounted price is the price you pay. We may correct an obvious pricing error before we accept the order.

Orders

You can checkout as a guest. You do not need an account to buy. An account is optional if you want saved addresses, a wishlist, or easier tracking next time.

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation by email or SMS. We may cancel an order if the bag is out of stock, the address cannot be served, payment fails, or we reasonably suspect misuse. If we have already taken money, we refund it.

To cancel before we pack the bag, email contact@zuvinn.com or call ‎+91 70084 97984 with the order number. Once the parcel is booked with Delhivery we cannot easily pull it back.

Payment

You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, cards, net banking and wallets) or by cash on delivery where your pincode allows it. We do not store your full card number. Failed online charges are returned by your bank; if money left your account but you have no order mail, write to us with the payment id.

One coupon code per order, if you have one. Codes cannot be stacked unless we say so.

Shipping

We ship from Bhubaneswar to most pincodes in India through Delhivery. We do not currently advertise international delivery.

• Orders of ₹10,000.00 and above: Pan-India Shipping Available 🚚
• Below that: the courier charge is shown at checkout after you enter your PIN — no hidden fees
• Typical delivery: 4–7 working days after we pack, plus 1–2 working days to pack. Remote areas can take longer

Enter your 6-digit pincode on the product page or at checkout to confirm we can reach you and whether COD is available. You are responsible for a complete, reachable address and phone number.

Returns and refunds

You can return or exchange a bag within 7 days of delivery, including sale and discounted bags, if it is unused and has tags and original packing. Custom or personalised bags, and used or damaged items, cannot be returned except where we sent the wrong bag or it arrived damaged.

Your account and use of the site

If you create or we open an account for you, keep the login details safe. You must be 18 or older to buy. Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or try to interfere with orders or payments.

Product names, photos, embroidery designs and the Zuvinn name are ours. You may not copy them for your own shop or listings without written permission.

Privacy

We use your name, phone, email and address to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, and (with your consent) send useful updates. See the Privacy Policy.

Liability

Handmade goods and courier delivery have natural limits. To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profits. This does not affect your statutory rights for a defective or mis-described product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live in India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms for future orders.
